A Plate for the Celebration

Réjouissance means celebration in French. Built on French technique, the cooking places Japanese produce and dashi at the centre of each composition, and the menu changes with the season.

Cuisine

The season at its best, given without restraint

We choose what shines brightest in the season and use it without holding back. Seasonal flavours and fine ingredients go into every plate, so each one carries the richness of its time of year. Alcohol is served as pairings, in Kimura Glass.
